1.Collecting Personal Data
Information you submit. While using the Site, we may ask you to provide to us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to: first name and last name; email address, and phone number. If you provide Personal Data about any person other than yourself, you must ensure that they have given their permission for you to disclose the Personal Data to us and our outsourced service providers to use.
Information automatically collected. When you access to the Site, we automatically collect certain Usage Data. Usage Data may include: Internet Protocol access (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the webpage form which you came and the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of you visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may combine Usage Data with other Personal Data in a manner that enables us to tract Usage Data of multiple users.
b. Web Beacons. Certain sections of our Site and our emails may obtain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit other related website statistics.
Children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors nor do we target the Sites to minors.
2. Use of Personal Data

c. In response to requests from government law enforcement authorities conducting an investigation.
d. Promoting our services to investors, potential investors and other individuals.

3. Storing of Personal Data
When you register in the Site, we will maintain your Personal Data for our records. Door will not retain Personal Data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. If you wish to access or correct any information Door holds about you, you may have your data deleted, blocked or corrected (as long as compliant with applicable law). Door also collects and retains information through the Site in an anonymized form, i.e. tracking the pages you visit and how long was spent on each page.
4. Personal Data Sharing Practices
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as a management investment platform and an email marketing company. These third-party service providers have access to Personal Data needed to perform their functions, but we require that they do not use Personal Data for other purposes. 5. Your Rights
We have controls in place designed to ensure that the Personal Data we collect and process is relevant, accurate and appropriate for the purposed it is used. If you believe that any Personal Data about you is inaccurate, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any Personal Data we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request, and that if delete certain Personal Data you may not be able to use some services of the Site in the future without re-submitting such Personal Data. Please also note that we will maintain Personal Data whenever we are required to do so by law or regulation.
If you wish to exercise your rights, we will need to verify your identity. To do so, we will request that you match specific pieces of information you have provided us previously, as well as, in some instances, asking you to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the individual whose Personal Data is the subject of the request. If it is necessary to collect additional information (including Personal Data) from you, we will use the information only for verification purposes and will delete it as soon as practicable after complying with the request.
Door is committed to protecting your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The system and its operators maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information collected through the Site. However, no information or communication system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In addition, we are not responsible for the security of Personal Data that you transmit to the Site over networks that Door does not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
