Quality Suites Austin

A Choice-branded hotel at an exceptional location in Austin’s “hotel row”, near the up and coming St. Elmo District. The 51-room midscale property is located at the intersection of I-35 and state highway 71 that leads to Austin’s airport, the Circuit of the Americas, home of the US F1 Grand Prix, and the new Tesla Gigafactory. It is also surrounded by large companies and apartment complexes, and just five minutes from downtown. It offers a great upside opportunity to add more rooms. The hotel will have a brand upgrade to an Austin-style boutique hotel under the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels International brand.

Performance of this hotel is remarkable, with occupancy and average daily rates exceeding same month-to-month of previous years.

Holiday Inn Express North Houston

This IHG-branded hotel is located right off Interstate Highway 69, about 40 minutes north of downtown Houston. It offers a comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers. Renovation plans are underway to guests’ changing needs and to drive value to the asset.

The 68-room hotel has historically shown greater market penetration than the competition, generating stability in its revenues.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin - Cedar Park

This 75-room property is located just North of Austin, in the suburb of Cedar Park on Highway 183, with a traffic of 100,000 vehicles per day. This prime location is surrounded by retail, housing, and entertainment, with easy access to Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. The hotel is located within a mile from the HEB Center, a multi-purpose, 8,000-seat capacity sports and concert venue.

La Quinta is a franchise of Wyndham Hotels, the largest hotel franchise company in the world with more than 9,000 properties.

Cedar Park has had an exponential growth in recent years, with a population increase of more than 50% between 2010 and 2019 (US Census). The surplus value of the area was above 50% in 2021 alone. Austin has been the most developed metropolitan area in the United States for the past 10 years. Currently, the high cost of land and construction creates a barrier to entry for new hotels.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Lakeline - Austin

With 80 rooms, the property is located at the intersection of highway 183 and highway 620 in the northwest area of Austin. This hotel is next door to the new Texas Children's Hospital opening in early 2024, and will proudly offer a convenient accommodation to families visiting the hospital. The new Texas Children's Hospital will have specialties such as cardiology, oncology, neurology, pneumology, and rheumatology.

Near the hotel, Apple will begin the second phase of construction at its Austin campus (the largest outside Cupertino, CA), on a 32-acre property that is planned to host a total of 15,000 employees by the end of the project.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cypress Station - Houston

The Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Cypress Station is a 73-room property, with 17 fully equipped suites for longer stays. It is located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and FM-1960, a few miles north of I-610, and south of The Woodlands.

The hotel is close to important demand generators such as the Springwoods Village mixed-use development, and the headquarters of several international companies such as Exxon, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Baker Hughes and Halliburton. The property is located just 16 kilometers from George Bush International Airport.
